I hope Cix empowers people to take back control of their health.”Ryan has a journalism, media, and content production background but found her true passion in UX design. As a journalist, Ryan loved getting to know her audience and interviewing people from all walks of life. Today, she applies those same skills to design. “Just like with writing, I believe that you cannot design something well until you know your audience. You need to be willing to dig into people’s habits, desires, and dislikes.” As someone who struggles with chronic health issues, Ryan strongly resonated with Cix Health’s vision and goals. She’s excited to design experiences that help people navigate their healthcare easily and simply.
